Farm description

Sage Creations Organic Farm is a small certified organic family farm located in Palisade, Colorado, on Colorado's Western Slope. We grow sweet cherries, lavender, potted culinary herbs and specialty vegetable starts; as well as fresh cut herbs and heirloom tomatoes.

Our beautiful lavender fields contain over 30 varieties.  We offer lavender plants, both fresh and dried cut bundles, and an array of lavender products.

Our farm stand is open from June through September.  Call any time for an appointment or check in for product availability through our website.  We encourage our customers to come see our farm and have a tour.  We recommend placing orders ahead of time for our very popular sweet cherries and potted plants.  

A great time to come visit is during the early spring as you are preparing to plant your garden- our selection of plant and herb starts is unique. June through July is another great time to come visit: sweet cherries are available in June and the lavender bloom and view of the mountains is spectacular.  We hope to see you soon!
